I have had great experience every time I visited my officers, all staff members are very kind and helpful.

They never pick up the telephone,to get repairs done,terrible service.

Amazing customer service throughout for both Housing officers, landlord and PCH team. Highly recommended. I went through the Devon Home Choice to PCH. My family, support workers, friends and myself are please with the outcome of the service they provide. Affordable rent also. Look forward to continuing with the service of housing.

Very helpful staff. My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and patiently, and the staff took time to explain in great detail, a solution to my problem.

Reception lady was very polite and helpful,the housing officer I seen was also very helpful,even though she couldnt solve my problem ,she pointed me in the right direction.

Hard to get your repairs done if u work as your expected to wait in all day as they don’t do appt times they just tell u they will be round between 8am and 8pm

Very unresponsive in dealing with problems they’ve created. Very frustrating. And they have the neck to bill me for the stress they cause.

Staff had major attitude on phone , but was happy with time taken to attend , however charging an extortion for minor works . £68 for under a minutes work is not acceptable !!

Lots of fun loving things to do from courses to cook off, art and crafts , computers , gym , jobsearch, as well as housing issues from rent to repairs, etc.

Plymouth Community Homes is excellent in more ways than one on the phone or in person when you need help in your home or in your garden they are excellent and friendly.☺

Can be helpful but not helpful at the same time, take forever to deal with problems.

Bought houses that belonged to the council, and therefore the people, and now charge almost double the rent.

Always great service from reception staff. Polite and friendly

Amazingly friendly staff all happy to help resolve any queries or problems.

If you have any complaints don’t expect any help from pch they don’t want to know.

An housing association to admire and to.rent from nothing is too much trouble you are looked after by some fantastic people
