i would not recommend pocket useless bank with no direct line,
only contact is unless virtual convo, money have been taking from my account unlawfully and pocket cannot resolved this issue as promised so i cancel my account …

Pockit probably rates as the worst company I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. They are impossible to speak to….no phone number (hello….it’s 2022…..there is a great invention called a telephone???). Only reply to emails after 2-3 days. …

Absolutely horrendous this place, has my benefits and won’t let me use them.
Keep asking for same information I’ve sent 3 times, can’t contact them “my advice don’t use these people” I have mental health problems and they have made me worse.
