So this is the most up to date review, my camera was stolen abroad and although I could not get a police report due to language barrier etc they were swift to sort out my claim, sadly I was not able to get a replacement but I got paid out so no loss. Making a claim proved to be more stressful than having my phone stollen. They request a great deal of evidence in an effort to make life miserable for the applicant and induce them to give up on the claim. The time and effort required are simply not worth it, I rather call it a loss than having to use this company again
