Broken down today at 11:55, roadside came promptly and couldn’t fix it, I need a tow from London to Kettering. It’s now 4pm and they still can’t find someone to take me. Ridiculous, should have gone with the AA, avoid this company as they are reliant on third party to do pick up and tow.

DO NOT RECOMMEND EUROPEAN BREAKDOWN POLICY. They left me a single woman stranded on a French motorway services with a flat tyre because I did not read their T’s and C’s on page 7. Any company that puts that on page 7 Does not want to pay for my claim of £119.79

Wouldn’t come out for my son as his car was older than 16 yrs within the year of his breakdown policy. I feel this should have been flagged up more obviously than in the tiny T and Cs. Have his car reg so should have alerted me to the need to take out “older car” policy. Buyer beware.

Ofcourse Eversure is chaper than others becasue All your queries answer via email. I didn’t used their rescues service no comment but I cancelled my breckdown policy with in 2 days without used thier service. It took 3 days and didn’t get full refund. There is catch on their 14 days peaceful cancellation and refund policy.
