I took my eternity ring into Goldsmiths for repair, the ring is very special to me as it was the last birthday present my husband bought me before he died in May 2020. Wouldn’t accept a return on a watch that THEY removed links from, because it had links removed. They didn’t make me aware of this, before the links were removed, which I think is a shady thing to do. Will never deal with them again, would not recommend.
