I was in QEQM hospital in Children’s A&E department yesterday. Nurses there called Brenda and Laura both were really nice to my daughter Christina and offered their help and they were really nice and helped me comfort my daughter while she was in severe pain. Well done both you ladies. And thank you so much.

I unfortunately needed a few days here but my luck changed when I was placed on Bishopstone ward. Dee and co treated myself and others with respect, kindness, empathy, professionalism and with the all important humour. I am in no doubt that they speeded up my recovery and I will always be thankful to them all . A credit to the NHS

This was my first time having to visit A&E since I was a kid. While I was in the A&E and SDEC departments I got some amazing care, aspecially concidering they were obviously understaffed. The nurses, doctors and porters that helped me were great and I’m really glad to have this as my local hospital.

Terrible- I have unfortunately failed discharges with my daughter. Most recently she was discharged with severe pneumonia and ended up very poorly. She was checked by a couple of doctors. I had to fight to get people to listen. Nursing staff are better than the doctors.
