I think the experience at the QEII is solidly 4-stars. Sometimes it doesn’t meet expectations, but generally staff do their best to ensure that patients and families have as safe and helpful an experience as possible.

This hospital and it’s staff are despicable. Giving parking tickets to “generate revenue” to patients who are sick and in need of surgery.

Walked out after 7 hours of waiting. More people walked out then what were called. Still in pain and scared to go back just to be turned down again. It would take less time to drive to valleyview, receive treatment, and drive back. The triage staff are also extremely rude. Side note, always check which doctor is on call.

Horrible care team. Horrible surgeons. Cause a major bone infection by placing infected screws inside my body and causing life time problems of infections and bone disease.

When I was referred there the doctor was super nice. We were in and out quickly. Much better treatment than I received at hospitals in Ontario.

Wait time is insane. They did a roll call to see who was still waiting after many hoursof not seeing anyone! Once your name gets called, you go to another wait area!
