Ignore the l star they don’t deserve it. This so called council need root and branch reform. I can’t understand why they are not put in special measures I’ve experienced such appalling behaviour and on one occasion blatant dishonesty do not take at face value anything they tell you. Don’t bother complaining you will be disappointed.

By far the worst council I’ve ever had to deal with. Ongoing issues for months now regarding pest control fly tipping and refuse with no resolution, I’m now contacting Manchester evening news, local MP and Andy Burnham. Seems to be the only way to get them to actually do their job.

As usual another council that has no interest in its people. They refuse to answer phones or questions. Don’t even bother with their online services. Logging on gives you no information on anything.

Visited dippy dinosaur here, nothing other than the sight of the dinosaur, a sensory room, a few fun facts and a drawing area. The library is there and a small dining area, big opportunity to draw punters into the cafe and the Dino shop. The other museums are 1/2 mile away. Beware!

The environmental department is useless. I have sent pictures of problems on several occasions and no action has been taken. If I could post these pictures you would be appalled. Council tax is going up what for?
