Absolutely rubbish, none of the contact numbers are working. You can not get any information about anything. Staff members at Heathrow are absolutely very unhelpful. I wanted to travel to Erbil despite having 3 jabs done they still asking for pcr test, while I travelled by different airlines they never needed
I reached London to find out at they broke my son’s buggy I made a complain but no one replied tills now about compensation.

I did a booking, but their website is not letting me add my contact details as the page goes blank when I click on. I contacted them on different numbers this Monday ‘Bank holiday may be?’ but nobody answered the phone, I contacted them on Heathrow airport and no one answers. Otherwise I was able to reserve my seat and food for free.
