This is a fantastic hospital and team. I was treated there in 2019. They always responded quickly to questions and took time to explain things. Treatment was a positive experience. I wouldn’t recommend cancer, but I would recommend The Marsden!
Treating patient well is not the Hospital priority. Since I received an embarrassing rudely call advising me to make a new payment that I had already been made in effect last February. I did the payment twice and after almost 1 month they …
I have to thank Rebecca and the Endoscopy department here they are amazing and so kind. 2 years I have come to this hospital for flexible cystoscopy and both times I’ve been seen with great care and kindness. …
don’t go here unless you want to die way, way faster than you would otherwise. get cannabis oil, go live in nature, rest and cleanse your diet. these people are genuinely psychopathic, a research corporation masquerading as a hospital. thank you for killing my dad
I received the best treatment and care ever. Briliant Team, all Staff very caring and proffesional. Very supportive, I absolutely trusted my Consultant and all Doctors who perfpormed my surgery and save my life. I can not find words to express how greatful I am.
NO STARS FOR THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.
DO NOT TRUST SACHEEN KUMAR …

Profesional negligence and Indifference!
After 2 CT scans, 2 biopsies and 2 month later we finally had kind of diagnostic and met Profesor Larkin and his team. He spent briefly 2-3 minutes with us as …
The hospital has a very sound name, however, if you wish to get one of their services, named, “second opinion”, be prepared to wait for months until they find a consultant and he/she decides to give you that opinion. All this for £500 as a …
A place where an operating room is called a theatre, where live music is played during the operation and the grey-haired pianist becomes young for a while, where magic doctors and nurses give people a chance to live, where after surgery …
The staff are kind, compassionate and understanding. Everyone, from the receptionists to consultants helped to save my life.
From walking into the Royal Marsden, i was greated with a warm welcome smile.
The staff are dedicated ,kind professional, above all Angels. …

A national treasure. Thanks for looking after my dad so well.
I am now in recovery mode after an operation on my leg…A friend said to watch ‘Super Surgeons’ on channel 4…Which is all about the surgery teams at Marsdon The title should be changed to SUPER HEROS..because that is what all involved are..Many many thanks to all..

One of the very best cancer hospitals in Europe. The quality of the doctors and nurses is just outstanding and it operates at the cutting edge of science. It is often dealing with the most seriously ill patients but it still manages to keep …

My appointment was for 2pm, I waited 4 mins max and was called. Altogether I was in and out within 25mins. Very nice people work here.
For me to leave a review and rate 5 stars does not do justice to the service Royal Marsden gives. Never have we come across a medical team so knowledgeable and generous with their time. …
Ended up having keyhole for suspicious cyst on Ovary. Excellent service from being referred to returning for my biopsy result. ALL staff were excellent -they all have there part to play in the running of this great hospital. Mr Barton and his team were very good.
My brother recently received treatment at The Royal Marsden in London. The care that he received was outstanding, the level of expertise there is phenomenal. Every member of the hospital team was lovely, approachable, informative and nothing was too much trouble. We will be forever grateful.
I cannot thank the staff enough for their dedication, service and care. Yes, they are busy, but as they have to see so many people from around the UK that was hardly surprising. As for ALL NHS staff – please keep on doing and providing us with free care and help. You are valued xxx
Dr Imogen Locke is the worst doctor I have ever came across. Unprofessional , greedy. terrible at cancer diagnosis and treatments, very little empathy for her patients. The department for overseas patients at Royal Marsden is there to squeeze money out of their patients. They have very little care and respect. Disgrace.
Lovely, clean hospital, with knowledgeable and professional staff. Every interaction with the staff, I felt well looked-after. They genuinely take an interest in your concerns and leave no room for doubt. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone needing treatment.
This is an absolutely brilliant hospital. I truly believe this is the best hospital in the UK. The staff are all well-trained and are so compassionate to the cancer patient. They treat all patients alike and are the nicest, most …
After my GP screwing up in establishing I had cancer and then an extensive nightmare through two typically overrun NHS hospitals, I spoke to a friend who 5 years ago was diagnosed with Lymphoma. The RMH saved his life, but more than this he …
Completely misdiagnosed my mother in law for the type of cancer that the Marsden were over 90% sure she had. It took from April 2019 to end of June 2019 for them to actually determine that she has a very common cancer. Within this time …
I have just been in the Royal Marsden for 5 days for major surgery for cancer. I am very thankful to my consultant Prof M Thomas for ensuring I had my surgery there. Throughout diagnosis, surgery and post surgery I cannot fault any part …
Very rude lady who answered my call, I asked her why she was being so negative and rude and quite frankly didn’t want to help. She say ok thank you and put the phone down. So rude considering it was the private sector of the hospital

This hospital cannot seem to cope with anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues as either a day patient or in-patient. I’ve been very disappointed at their handling of care and really poor communications which have put additional strain and stress and caused unnecessary pressure on a very vulnerable and weak patient.
Was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2017, Mr Butler was absolutely fantastic with his before and aftercare of me. I was very anxious and he comforted me and assured me. I will never forget how he saved my life.
I would be dead by now if it wasn’t for the Royal Marsden, so I can’t give it anything else than 5 stars. That doesn’t mean that there’s not room for improvement. I was diagnosed in 2008, and my observations below are based largely on my …

Special thanks to Lorelyn Lagutan & Hussam Homada for taking care of my father during our visit today.
(ALWADAANY)
Poor hospital maybe patients are happy about hospital but worse thing about work here. I left company but after 5 months they realize I left and sent me P-45 with date which they want so now I have 5 months 2 jobs on my tax. It’s very hard to get references they are lazy to answer too.
This is one of the best cancer hospital’s in London. The surgeons, anestatists, nurses, customer service staff and the plastic surgeon’s are amazing! The 5 stars is for Amanda the receptionist at the radiotherapy department. Lovely customer service, welcoming and very helpful.
I had a couple of visits here. One for lumps on my foot where I had an MRI. Nice staff. Great hospital. 15 minute walk from South Kensington tube.
The Royal Marsden I think is able to live and survive off it’s reputation. My daughter thought she was going to get the best care in the world unfortunately she should have stayed at the Kings College (who said she had a good life ahead of …
Was being checked for a Sarcoma Cancer in my leg and the staff were wonderful. Quality care, kindness and attention from consultants, doctors and nurses
Hello. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. But I would like to know about one patient in your hospital. Please answer. Leya Eka. I am waiting for your answer.
It was not a case of likingj the Marsden -but due to having to go most weeks due to my brave daughter at 15.If we had an appointment but ANY worries whatsoever,it was a case of just ringing the Marsden and they would arrange an appointment to go within 2 days . Credit to my daughter as it was a very frightening place to be in.
What a wonderful place. Amazing level of care from the staff on reception to consultant level. Delicious food was an added bonus – lovely home made soups.

Very impressed, as I entered I heard a piano playing, a real pianist playing very calming and they are giving my son the best treatment. Thank you
My favourite part of here is the Princess Diana portrait. I keep contacting the press office with a price and they won’t return my calls.

Guys never apply for a job in catering, the catering manager is racist and rude, she waste your time, applied 3 times and invited for interview then she said I preferred to give job for bank staff.
