Penny Harrison is an absolute credit to the hospital. I can’t thank her enough for taking the time she did to help and to listen to me today after almost 6 months of no/little help from other departments elsewhere.

Went to the opthalmology department with my daughter. The ophthalmologist was wonder. Spoke to my daughter and us, very experienced and friendly. The waiting room was clean and presentable. Overall great experience.

I had an orthopaedic appointment today. Staff was very friendly, explained my X-ray results in great detail. I’m happy with my overall experience. Thank you X-ray department.

Would have been 5 stars but for the rude cynical woman on reception. (Ginger Syndrome possibly). Darren was a very nice man and cleaned up and dressed my wound perfectly. Was in and out in no time.

quick wait time for minor injuries, but the doctor that we had been see too was making rude comments and condescending. no manners what so ever, and assumed we were the ones in the wrong. horrible behaviour from someone who is meant to be caring and professional.

first class service nurses are brilliant have had treatrment for a shoulder injury and both my wife and i have had phsyiotherapy all the staff a helpfull cant find any fault with this hospital thank you

I have just been called in for an x-ray as they have had cancellations. I was back home in an hour. As it’s a Sunday I can only praise the two ladies who arranged the visit and performed the x-ray. May there be many more like them in the NHS.

Went to minor injurie due to hand swelling and not being able to move fingers and the pain did not need to wait long to be seen but the person I saw was not interested in anything I had to say about my hand and in the end they sent me away with nothing. Absolutely disgusting

On Wednesday I had an accident and cut my head open.I attended the minor injuries unit at this hospital and I cannot speak highly enough of the attention I received the young nurse who attended to me could not have been nicer.

The midwife has missed a number of appointments, still yet to have a home visit coming up to 17 weeks without a word. The nurses who did the blood tests where fantastic but they where also in shock of how things have been dealt with. Communication has not been good. This is our first child and we didn’t expect this experience.

Nurses looked after my Dad with end of life care. They were always willing to give me updates and pass on messages of love and do ‘facetime’ at an incredibly difficult time. The nurses were compassionate and I am sure Dad was made as comfortable as possible.

There is a minor injuries unit here which is really good.
