Nothing but praise for the Scottish water worker who came to our rescue with our air locked water system after the Rosewell burst main on new years day. He came and worked methodically till he cleared the fault also the very pleasant receptionists who dealt with our problem Thank you all very much.

Scottish Water came out at the week-end to sort out a problem with the sewage near the connection to the main drainage. They attended very punctually and identified the problem. Very expert and friendly service.

I was very impressed by Scottish Waters customer support and their quick turnaround in fixing a burst pipe in my area the other week, in the middle of the night. I bet they had a ton of work in the past months with all the snow and ice. Very good job!

In no uncertain terms, the most incompetent and poorly run organisation to ever find itself in existence. If it was air they were in charge of, without a doubt, my fellow flatmates and I would likely be dead. If only I could wash my hands, hair, and teeth with their apologies. If only…

Call centre number makes you have take down yet another number and then you have to dial that before you get to speak to an advisor total garbage
