I have been receiving letters about missed payments even though I have never missed any payments. Every time you speak to the customer service team nothing is resolved or escalated. Extremely frustrating & poor service all around.
Appalling service – they sent an email saying we are in debit of £500+ from an outstanding bill, we’ve emailed several times, contacted the complaint department, physically spoken to someone in the complaints department who was going to send us an itemised bill within 24hours… 2 weeks later still nothing.
I am discussted that after 22 years of paying my water bill in full and on time that when I just tried to set up a new direct debit I was informed if I did not tell them my financial status they would refuse to set it up for me. If I could give no stars I would!!!
Spoke to Loretta (apologies if spelt incorrectly) on the phone and she was incredibly helpful! needed help setting up an account and figuring out how it all works and she went through it clearly and then even went the extra mile to help us find other providers in the area. great customer service 🙂 👍🏼 …
I thought Thames water were bad when I lived in their supply area but my god, SES are atrocious. Letters make little sense, call centre staff are unclear – example I tried to set up a direct debit and they sent me a payment point card? What is that even?

My outside door was malfunctioning and within 2 hours of contacting SES a locksmith- Ideal locksmith from sutton – arrived and corrected the problem.Mr Saif the locksmith was pleasant,polite and knowledgeble.

Absoulte shambles! The water regulations bod needs a slap as he has no clue what he is doing! Delayed work for weeks took 2 ‘failed’ reg checks worth of money then approved it on the 3rd time even though we changed nothing!! Money grabbing and clueless!
Awful customer service. Phoned their customer phone line yesterday-was on the line for 2hrs 15mins and no one picked up the phone. Disgraceful! Phoning again today…10 mins later still no answer. Will be moving water supplier. Do not use this company x
Company has the cheek to send text messages saying water usage has soared in our area and provide tips on how to save water then does absolutely nothing in over 12 hours when a fast running leak is reported to them!
We were unable to turn of the water supply to the house due to seizure of the tap. I phoned and they sent their area manager the next day to free it. Superb service!
Never answer the phone unless you want to hang on for 40 mins! And website takes payment then does not take the money off your account.

try ringing them. the most frustrating time you could spend. 6 options and none of them relating to service issues. Then music then ring tone then music then ring tone etc etc. Gave up after 10 or so minutes.
