My daughter had an operation today at Sheffield children’s hospital and I couldn’t fault them at all. They were amazing with her and with my while I was a blubbering mess. ALL staff were very friendly, answered all my questions even the ones I repeated. All In all a fantastic hospital, I felt like my daughter was in great hands.

Absolutely horrendous service from the receptionist on duty , to the A&E nurses to the assessment medical team. We came to emergency with our 12 days old daughter and it took them over 3 hours to get a doctor to see us. What is the point of emergency unit if patient needs to wait that long.
