Hook you on a good price but service is poor, near on impossible to speak with someone online and when you call expect at least being on hold for 40 minutes. Overall NOT good value for money I would not use again or recommend.

Sent out an emergency heating company in January , our heat still doesn’t work and I’m down a heat pump which their mandated heating contractor nicked . They won’t come out now as the heat contractor made a report which says the issue is electrical . Absolute scam . Don’t use these guys for any insurance .
