Contrary to some of the other reviews, the staff at Shoosmiths are in fact _not_ scum. Actually, they’re very lovely and they treated my colleagues and I exceptionally well. Thanks especially to the staff on the fourth floor for being so helpful and well organised.

If this firm are involved ANYWHERE in your chain, be prepared to wait forever. Infact, pull out now. Their organisation is terrible, take weeks to do the most simple of tasks and hide information from others in the chain until the very last second. Shoddy!

Left messages for someone to call back regarding a letter sent to me wrongly. Recorded the message I left on a call recordings app. No one as yet has bothered to contact me!

Still waiting for a reply from this firm. Keep sending texts stating I need to get in touch. Do not reply to emails, do not reply to voicemails, breach of GDPR and SAR regulations. Absolute jokers.

I can highly recommend Shoosmiths; I received excellent customer service at all times. Swift responses to queries and I was always able to get hold of my solicitor directly by phone. Worst firm of solicitors on the face of the planet. They take 3 weeks to do what a decent solicitor could do in an hour. Cowboys. Do not touch them with a 10 foot pole. Steer well clear. I’m genuinely upset that google does not have a 0 star option as giving them even 1 star is being bold.
