Very rude telephonist/receptionist when I rang for advice about COVID jab. I had another question about the walk in x-ray dept, but he was so busy telling me they had nothing to do with the COVID jabs and then hanging up on me, I didn’t get a chance to ask my second question and had to phone again. Woeful customer/patient service.

Male nurse couldn’t be less helpful couldn’t get me out fast enough, drove early hours of morning to be seen like that, had no interest and looked at me as if I wasn’t there!

Just had my16 year old daughter here today and the staff were fantastic, relaxed her straight away listened to her and gave her a thorough check up, Thank you

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff at Shotley Bridge Urgent Care after contacting NHS111. They were most helpful, informative and efficient. The standard of hygiene and cleanliness was excellent. Thank you.

At reception I was told I had to wear a face covering even tho I had a medical exemption and it clearly states on the government website that you shouldn’t wear one if you are exempt. Staff are rude and uneducated and don’t even know the law.

Fantastic facility so close to home. Plentiful and free parking. Friendly staff, patients are seen very promptly for appointments. A little jewel in the NHS.

First time today at this hospital to see the Haematologist and got to say the staff were extremely friendly and patient. The reception area, waiting area and consulting room were Covid-secure.
