Are they having a laugh. I’m not special, I don’t deserve priority over anyone else but this place is an abject example of inefficiency. I came into the minor injury unit with a cut to my finger that looked like it needed a stitch, a five …
I had occasion to have to visit the minor unit facilities. Ten out of ten is all I can say. The NHS at its very best. We are indeed very fortunate to have a local hospital here in Lydney.

Most impressed. I was seen within five minutes for my minor injury by a lovely Nurse Practitioner called Rose. She was pleasant, efficient and thorough and I was able to leave within about half an hour with my problem resolved.
Wonderful, quick and efficient staff. Was in to have X Ray’s, I was slightly delayed whilst the radiographer (Bill?) was trying to treat a youngster who was very frightened and upset. The care shown to the youngster was incredible. …
Fast efficient and friendly staff first class care and knowledgeable on my injury.
Some of the nursing staff were very good. I was Unhappy with the care my father received. The standard of the food was poor and on the occasion I was there, was served cold, could be due to staff stood talking rather than serving the food.
Absolutely amazing service from amazing staff (as usual). Extremely professional, considerate and kind people who made our little girl feel at ease and much better very quickly. It was an extremely busy day for them but they all still managed to smile…. BIG UP for the minor injuries unit….. Thank you.
Super efficient staff, especially TRACEY. Assessment and x-ray

The drawback was the dreadful ‘pop’ music – too loud.
