Extremely efficient, effective and friendly. I was dealt with very quickly, offered advice on aftercare and sent on my way feeling happy.

Friendly place to work, decent service, and staff that work quickly, effectively and compassionately. Somewhat limited in terms of out of hours provision, especially XRay, and often slightly temperamental bloods.

The staff was lovely and polite and I didn’t have to wait long thankyou

Terrible, waited over 5 hours to be seen. 2 people walked out as had enough. No staff updating patients to how much longer would have to wait. One doctor shouting people in an hour or more apart.

Had to go to UCC at Skegness Hospital today. Due to chest pain on breathing. The staff were so friendly and efficient, there was a bit of a wait. But that is expected. They were very thorough, and put my mind at ease. Turned out to be pleurisy. We are so lucky to have the NHS, and I, for one, am grateful.

Admin staff and the GP were friendly and professional in their approach. However, the Sister that I had the misfortune to deal with prior to being allocated a cubicle was by far the rudest nurse I have had to deal with. She would be better employed as a 1960s Doctors Surgery Receptionist because that was her attitude towards patients!!

I had to pay this cottage hospital a visit when I came down with a kidney infection.i was treated so we’ll.no hanging around.really impressed.it meant I didn’t have to cut short my holiday and go home.thanks to the lovely staff.

I visited Skegness hospital today I found the service and the staff most helpful could not fault anything about my visit. I had X-rays and it was confirmed I had broke bones in my wrist. Excellent service.

Service rubbish .six people in waiting room waited 4 hrs to see someone.3 people had enough and walk out in 2 hrs glad all hospitals are not like this .the trust should look in to this something wrong.

needed to visit about 3 times in last 6 months, i cant say anything negative, the longest wait to be seen and leave has been 90 minutes, not bad.

Mum went in for rebite the staff were terrible there no dignity respect or care it made my mum feel worse. Left without no food cold in the night, terrible place

Went to see the out of hours practiconer this afternoon with my husband.
He was very through and took his time diagnosing the problem and explained everything.

Always clean as you would expect. The staff are always so lovely.
