I swapped last year from a contract that I thought was economical until I was introduced to Smarty by my brother. I have more data now with Smarty. I am paying for myself & my daughter’s Smarty connection…. Still less than i was paying just for my own. I ‘ve had no problems connecting etc… Really happy that I changed to Smarty.

Pricing and packages very easy to manage. App easy to use BUT network coverage seems much worse than others. In the same place in Surrey my friend had full 5G and quick page loading while I had 2 bars of 4G and page wouldn’t load. Also very intermittent coverage on trains to Birmingham and London. Not good if you need it.

Does what it says at a fair price. Service OK. Only question is whether 3 coverage is good enough. However we cruise canals and you would not expect antenna to be good enough or the signal strong enough for fast broadband. But OK for normal use such as internet browsing.

I’ve been with Smarty for over a year now having previously used BT sim only. Very pleased, good value, simple plans & informative communication.
My only suggestion & there may be a reason for it, is after being with Smarty for 12 months communication could be more detailed as to renewing & choosing a new plan.

Terrible coverage (Surrey), no alert and customer service is shocking. 49 minutes on chat for simple task. Every time they ask you a question they disappear again for 7 or 8 minutes.

My experience after joining smarty, is that this company is very reliable, and its very simple to change my tariff according to my needs. last but not least, they don’t increase their rates every year due to inflation etc.

Uses 3 and the signal is better than others.
The WiFi calling is what tempted us first and haven’t regretted it. Landline is now history.

Only used occasionally in caravan initially, which work really well, but recently been using in car headset to receive Google Mapping on in car sat nav system. Works like a dream,no need to keep updating mapping software.

No problems to date have increased my data for free when they offers in my package, well worth dealing with.

For the most part I have no complaints. The only time I had problems with billing it seemed to take a long time to sort it out. By a long time I mean four or five days.

It uses the Three Hutchinson UK network, which in my area has very slow internet signal because it has too many users connected to the mast and Three has not invested in upgrading the trasmission mast

No hassle to change to smarty and use their monthly data plans. Cheaper than other networks. Reliable. Whole family is with them and we get a family discount. Monthly plan is cheaper than a portion of fish and chips. No complaints from me. I’ve recommended them to friends who now use them too.

Very impressed. Switched from a network where 4g was in town but data was often not available due to congestion. Now I’m getting 5g in most parts of town and where there is 4g speeds of over 80mbs. No complaints and great value for money with the double data deal.
