Write a ReviewGreat staff! They was constantly helpful and made sure things was seen to and mended straight away, I highly recommend their stunning properties, they always contacted me to make sure I was happy once the job has been done, they also send out news letters.

Shockingly bad organisation. They are rude, condescending and have no idea what they are doing to boot! Avoid like the plague. Especially when you have several other much better options locally.

I had cause to complain about a neighbour who is a SOHA tenant. Whilst it would have been better not to be in this position in the first place, Housing office Lyndsey has been exemplary in her professionalism dealing with the case. Her work has put me at ease and made me feel reassured that the problem is being dealt with.

This company does not communicate well and ignores emails from leaseholders and other residents regarding various matters on their land. Only one email to contact them on (housing@soha) rather than the relevant departments as you would expect for an organisation such as this! Poor show!

If you have an urgent issue message them on Facebook, instant reply from an actual human vs. Half an hour waiting on the phones or 10 days for a reply to an email!
