Great gym, Only downside Is opening times

Chris and his team (especially Jake and Madi) are so knowledgeable and supportive. From the actual sessions, video talks and group chats they have covered everything. For someone who has never really felt comfortable at a gym they have made my experience exceptional. Always on hand for advice I could not recommend enough.

Since the 1st Manager left, its gone up to 5 STARS for me. Im there every day, the PTs are realy friendly and can have a laugh. The Manager goes ubove and beyond , to meet and greet u as u walk in the door.

Good gym very friendly only prob I found its not a 2rhour gym

I’ve been very impressed by the PTs knowledge. The workouts have been great. And I’m making progress and enjoying exercise again.
