Still dumping sewage into the sea and rivers

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Every advisor told me something contrary to the previous. Couldn’t generate a bill and sent me 3 letters stating a bill enclosed when it wasn’t. And just received a letter saying that I have a metered property and owe them money when I don’t have a meter!!! Awful
