Absolutely shocking company, they take whatever they feel out fo people’s accounts and then take 3 weeks to pay it back. On hold for over an hour to speak to someone every time. Complete disgrace and zero accountability, repeatedly making the same mistakes over and over again. They literally couldn’t run a bath.
Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had – overcharged because they decide how much I have to pay since they “can’t fit a meter” even though I provided my water use from all my last tenancies, which is about 50% less than what they charge me for. Useless monopoly-benefiting company delivery poor service.

If thames water decide they know more than you about what is causing your sewage blockage . They pull down the shutters and will not listen to reason. They only keep repeating the same speech , and will not meet on site to discuss the problem.
