I’ve always found Welsh Water customer service representatives polite and helpful. Takes awhile to get through sometimes and the website – online account is quirky and glitchy. Now being asked for over double my usual direct debit, even though I’m a low user?!
Recently bought a property and tried to sort out the water pressure as it was literally nothing, we are in 2 months still under process but I need to pay the £50 every month for the awful service it looks like I need to go deep into my pocket and sort it out by myself, while they enjoying my money! Dumps raw sewage into the rivers and still charges for disposal. Not sure how this is in line with environmental and corporate responsibility.
