I had a some surgery just yesterday, and would like to thank all the staff at St Michael’s hospital ( St Josephs Ward) for their care. The anaesthetists, surgeons and nurses were all friendly, welcoming, professional and reassuring, I received excellent care during my stay.

Found most of the stuff good, really nice and helpful secretary’s. I have been completely ignored and neglected by my physiotherapist, KATE ROWBERRY . Despite numerous calls and emails for over a month from me and the other stuff , she just ignored us all . I’m in process to file a formal complaint.

Staff were really good especially given the difficulties of precautions against Covid. I only knocked a star off because there was no where to park.That really needs to be sorted out. In the end the helpful staff enabled me to park in the drop off zone and I was seen on time and in less than half an hour. Thanks every one for your help

Sharp entrance on the right on arrival parking one pound per hour machine doesn’t accept card payments. Car park adequate. Long walk to entrance very outdated lifts are like industrial ones from the 90s. Waiting rooms like old people’s waiting rooms needs total refurb. Was clean though. Staff OK. Doctors excellent. Very outdated.

I have had several procedure done here even an overnight stay all the staff are amazing v helpful and caring they all do an amazing job

st michaels switch board are bloody useless they need training as they dont know what they are doing ! and there so rude down the phone

i came down from wales to hayle hospital to see a very good friend of my mine niel he has been very ill and he still has problems .he does not recall any one at presant ,the care he recives at hayle is amazing all the staff were as one …

Very old school – interns of visitors but I guess that helps because really clean and helpful and peaceful
