Just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Stroud Minor Injuries unit for their help and kindness when my one year old launched herself off the bed last weekend! They were so attentive and thorough with their checks, and the whole process was so easy, despite the stressful situation. Thanks so much.

As an outpatient at an ophthalmology clinic, I was VERY impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and skill of the whole team. They were also very friendly which is outstanding when they are so busy.

Very impressed with the minor injuries unit at Stroud A&E. I thought I had just sprained my foot but the lovely nurses put me in a wheelchair & the x-ray showed I had broken the 4th metatarsal bone in my foot. Such caring & helpful nurses & I only had a 5 minute wait; wonderful NHS staff.

First class treatment from 1st telephone call, reception visit, triage nurse and the lovely nurse Anna who was so kind and professional when my elderly friend damaged her leg. Thank you Well done to the NHS hospital minor injury unit at Stoud

I find the hospital very helpful in hour’s of need and the nurses and doctors can only do wat they can. Good services

Incredibly attentive and thorough! Understanding of those suffering with DV, MH and addiction which most judge. Felt genuine concern for my wellbeing and sign posted to some great services. Friendly and engaging receptionist; bar one DH, but hey they’re everywhere.

Just attended ENT clinic. Had taken quite a while to get an appointment and first time using this hospital. I just wanted to say how pleasant, professional and helpful the staff and clinicians were. Makes such a difference to patient experience-top marks from me.

I was pleased with the service from the nurses, but was alarmed that the cleaner was just using a dry cloth around the reception area. She should be supplied with an alcoholic antiviral spray to minimise the presence of Covid.

I had to attend Stroud miu this morning 22/7/18 with a dislocated finger. The staff were amazing…..four pulls and four xrays…they could not have been more calm,attentive and friendly and made sure it was popped back in before I left…thank you again for such high standards.

Stroud hospital is like no other. I know hospitals are not the best place to be but stroud make you feel comfortable. The staff are ALL very polite and extremely helpful. It’s a super clean hospital. By far the best NHS service anywhere

Two things that are suprisingly absent. Visiting times and telephones to the imobile patients. Where is the cordless telephone so that you can talk to your loved one? Would this not give solice and comfort to a person in a strange place, amongst strangers, no matter how professional?

Dr Thomas Morgan. Bully. Inadequate and negligent doctor. Patients treated like cattle.
Don t go there for endoscopy….They do harm.

Receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. She was very unhelpful and extremely impolite. I do not see myself coming back to this hospital. (Blonde, late 40s)

Just fab. Took my son george today for a fractured finger all the staff were brilliant and seen to him asap. Were lucky to have stroud hospital. Thankyou.!

Have only needed to use it a few times, but every time I have received excellent care. Friendly staff. Well done. Long may it continue.
