Flight attendants from Saudi to Muscat were rude and unprofessional, starting from the counter crew, they don’t even have priorities to those who have checked in online, still you need to line up. The sake is true to the in flight crew!!!! I will not recommend this airline when flying to Oman.

Flights are mostly delayed, customer support not up to the level.
Selling everything on board, aircraft cleaning is not upto the standards.

Had a comfortable and timely flight at most affordable cost

Excellent airlines and classy employee treatment.

Refund policy is deceiving . You pay extra for a refundable ticket . They don’t give you cash back, they send you a voucher. On top of that they charge for the cancellation. Economic carrier doesn’t meant that you rip off your customers!

There was an issue with their online booking, so I called their call center to book the tickets. Still after 3 days from the booking and payment, my flight was not confirmed.

Quite good for low cost airline. All of my 4 flights were on time (Dubaj-Muscat-Colombo). Airplane was clean enough and personal was ok. Also check in was okay. So my experience is quite good so I recommend them. Reasonable price for the service.

I payed for online ticket without issuing the electronic ticket. Call center operators are not helpful.

Never book tickets from their site. Takes your money and they never issue your ticket. Always technical error happens. Refund takes more than 4 weeks.
