Absolutely dreadful nightmarish experiences at NHS swaffham cottage hospital. The staff treat relatives with contempt, they do not listen to relatives or involve them in care decisions and patients are not treated with respect, care or dignity. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Called today to enquire about a neighbour . Lovely staff , phone answered very quickly and showed genuine interest in the care of their patients . NHS at its best .
