A first-class institution that is always pushing forward to offer both students and staff world class facilities. Has invested massively in new buildings in Middlesbrough, turning the Southfield Rd area into a welcoming, pedestrianised, environment which looks amazing!

Very poor management, poor customer relationship, intentional delay in issuance of CAS up to 3 months. They defered admission without consent or options. They refund initial deposit without applicant withdrawing application himself. Don’t apply to the school. I have never seen a school as disorganised as this.

After a year of study and the new pandemic the university continues to impress, sanitizer and masks offered in every building, workspaces segmented and safe with a minimum 2 meters between stations and the option to work remotely wether you want to reduce risk or have the virus. There is also some excellent staff employed here.
