Waiting months for repairs and their never get it done or its takes them a month from ringing up to inspection for repairs then waiting for to fix it is another month

Not even remotely useful, they mock, and ignore you. Reported the THG and writing to the HOS, will be writing to my local MP also. Useless., don’t expect any complaints to make it past the laughable dep, best chance is to write to MP / HOS and possible social media. The ASB team is laughable too.

I used to work for this group but i retired what i will say is that years ago they were more bothered about the tennants not any more they are more bothered about profit i know because they used to tell us this like saving money where ever possible
