Great cause and focus on ESG, however a bank should focus on its customers. Considering that these days you can open a bank account in less than 5 minutes. The one month onboard time at Triodos is ridiculous.

Investing your money in a bank that only funds environmentally conncious projects is a great way of making a difference. One of the biggest steps an individual can take and it will barely cause any inconvenience. I have found Tridos to be as good as my previous bank.

Will be great in the future if you will launched Triodos Credit cards for costumers will be aswell a great deal.

An ethical bank is not easy to find. Even less easy is it to find a reliable bank which gives one a sense of confidence.
Clearly it is growing and I have every confidence that it will go on to grow and become an example to the, sometimes less than ethical, banking community.

No, not really a god idea. Shame, as I’d like to make a difference. All they do is take banking charges, even if nothing is happening in your account. I put in £10 as a test, two months later , I have £4 left with no other activity in between.

Triodos is, in my opinion, one of the most ethical (and secure) banking options available to savers in the UK. I love hearing about the organisations they’ve lent money to or invested in. This is how banking should be.

I have just done your questionnaire. It assumes you work; I am 73 and retired. Also mobility difficulties prevent eg public transport, I never buy drinks out and have no immediate family eg children. My husband manages most of the finances, so not a proportionate survey.

Worts customer support, send importat stuff fter 2 month waiting during christmas hollidays and then cancel account directly. Zero stars would be apropriate

Ethical bank with real people at the end of the ‘phone. Your savings go to worthwhile causes such as organic farming. No weapons or fracking investments!

Contacted the bank ref. an environmental project as i understood this was their speciality , but I was met with arrogance on the reception and no one had the courtesy to return my enquiry…a big shock .

after a couple of attempts of not being able to into my account i rang and the lady talked me through it..very happy with the service and good for my eco/green living and being able to help others
