typical NHS went in for what seems to be a simple thing me doctors should have dealt with, seen quickly then left to rot in the waiting room for hours, eventually walked out without treatment. just as well saved the hour or so of my life.

Having chest pains and was seen straight away. Put on ECG. Nurses were fabulous. This was on a Sunday morning. I felt very stressed but the staff calmed me down. The wait for a doctor was a bit long but was ok in the end. Clean and tidy. Extremely helpful nurses.

Went to Trowbridge for my second pregnancy and was made really scared and uneasy by an unprofessional midwife so I have moved my care elsewhere

Long wait but lovely staff

Wasted over an hour here to be told to call 111 for a doctor’s appointment which was told were available if they needed to prescribe anything. Staff are a joke and clearly think everyone is a time waster.

Amazing staff. Everyone is very nice and polite. I just can’t thanks them enough for their help.
