Write a ReviewHad a great flight from LHR to SFO. The purser delivered impeccable service including a handwritten note which was fantastic. The Polaris seats are one of the most comfortable business class seats in the sky today with aisle access from the …
I give it 4 stars as it is the best United Club we have been to. All the US clubs, even after refurbishment, are just OK. Never had a problem and since we fly out early we never see the crowds. Nice private toilets that are constantly …
I went to Newark International Airport for a week stay in Pennsylvania. The out going flight was good ! Plane not full. On time and great service, even with one flight attendant down. …
They sold me a flight with an 80 minute layover in Heathrow. It was delayed by 30 minutes. Miraculously, I still made it to my connection (sprinting and begging my way to the front of the line), but they had rebooked me to a flight 10 hours …
HORRIBLE WORST AIRLINE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD WITH UNITED AIRLINES. I was on a flight from Columbus Ohio connecting via Chicago to London. Not only did I experience delay after delay – 3.5 hours delay, they have also had to rebook my …
Great to stay before departing. Not too much but enough to eat. So many beverages to drink including Champagne, wine, juices too. Shower room were great, spacious. First of all, they don’t accept PP card user so, the place is so worm and peaceful.
I think invitation only arrivals lounge ( you might be able to pay for visit). Most folks stop over to grab a bite, take a quick shower and change from an overnight flight. Had a wide selection of breakfast choices and plenty of seats.
It was extremely nice to be able to stop by the arrivals lounge before heading to our hotel. This allowed us to use the showers, grab a bite and reenergize for more fun ahead! …
Plenty of seats, breakfast buffet with quite a good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. Reception could have been more welcoming. Boarding gate is just 2 minutes away from the lounge.
The new Polaris Lounge at EWR terminal C is a one of my favorite in United’s locations. Clean, modern and a great view of the Tarmac.
At 20.00, not too busy, plenty of seat left. Took me 15-20 mins walk (up and down) from checkin counter (tg) at terminal 2.
7/26/19: The shower rooms had no air conditioning, so the rooms were warm! The rest of the lounge is cool. It’s great to arrive in London at 7 am & take a shower after a long flight, especially since I can’t check into my hotel room till …
Change of schedule without compensation to passangers or options similar to purchased ticket. Business class not comparable to that of other airlines. They do not offer solutions onnthe phone or contacted by the complaint form.
Better chose another airline.
I had the chance to visit this United Airlines lounge on an early morning flight between Heathrow and Chicago, with access by virtue of my business class flight. I was a little surprised how empty the lounge was throughout my stay, although …
I had a really difficult experience flying with United. My flight from Heathrow > Austin was cancelled accidentally by their CS team and I had to spend 60 mins getting a new ticket the night before my departure! …
A-OK. Needed more sleep-friendly/quiet areas (or a quiet area) since there were just chairs. Food slightly UK-themed plus healthy options, constantly being replenished. Excellent coffee machine. A la carte menu was a nice surprise. Showers are acceptable, nothing amazing. Staff could be better.
Smooth, on time, flight from Heathrow to San Francisco. Economy leg room is fair. Airline food as always is just about acceptable. Entertainment screen is old fashion and difficult to use.
Disappointing journey with United Airline.
When the staff asked my meal preference I clearly stated that I want fish as my first choice if there’s no fish I can go with vegetarian one. But then other …
Plaza lounge is pretty nice. Good breakfast food.
Going to give it a 4 star after just returning from a week long trip to New York with my wife. …
It was great to find the traditional English Breakfast at the United lounge in London.
Good selection of food, decent showers, and not very busy. The staff could have been more attentive as they were not rushed off their feet. Overall a nice place to relax after a red eye flight.
Nice lounge, spacious, restrooms / toilets were clean and spacious as well. Power points in the lounge chairs didn’t seem to be working (I tried a few) but they were working in the other areas. Generally tho, a nice lounge although a hear that United will be updating this to a Polaris lounge in the relatively near future.
Compared to US airports Heathrow is amazing. It is a very open air feel with a lot of restroom facilities that are maintained quite clean. The downside is that this is a busy airport and they don’t post gates until 30-45 minutes before …
Lounge is great.
Food selection is pretty good compared to other ua lounges stateside
The lounge can get crowded during peak hours. …
Definitely the best United Club I’ve been to. Spacious, chill and good drinks and food.
Very convenient and easy to get to, especially for early arrival flights. Only drawback is there are sometimes slightly long waits to use the showers (~10 minutes). But the fact that it’s available as an arrival service, let alone complimentary (for business class passengers), it gets a 5-star rating.
On Monday, Dec. 7th a member of your check-in team at Heathrow made us remove all the baggage print-out tags we had just put on, then proceeded to double-tag one bag while potentially leaving our first checked-in bag either without a tag, …
I love this lounge. I’m lucky enough to get in, even though I’m flying with Air New Zealand, because my partner is Star Alliance Gold. Once a year we fly from LHR, and once a year we visit this lounge. I’m always impressed. Lovely huge area …
This is the same lounge as the other one n on Google Maps. There’s only one United Club in Terminal 2. …
I love that there is an arrivals lounge, wish that it was open to premier members that weren’t flying business all the time. The shower suite is super convenient and really great. They are cleaned very well in between users and the towels …
What an enormous and well appointed airport. They’ve made it a shopping and eating paradise, for the short time your there. Be sure to leave lots of time for shopping, eating, and schlepping. This place is huge! Once we were checked in, …
Good selection of food and drinks, very comfortable to relax while waiting for your flight. A little bit expensive for what one gets, but at least very superior to United Airlines Lounges in Houston.
Perfect location right out of baggage claim, great shower, ironing service, and hot breakfast orders.
LHR can be lovely if you’ve never been before, but the “let’s squish everyone together while we try and figure out what gate we are going to use” tactic is sadly overplayed after the first or second round. That being said, there are many food options that are quite delicious and the shopping is fairly decent, too.
Very nice. Employees are awesome. Too bright though…..turn down the lights!! Food is quite tasty. Nuce place to regroup before journey into London
Not the nicest of lounges esp compared to the Polaris class lounges but a clean shower and fresh breakfast is well worth it if you need a quick cleanup before heading to a meeting
The horrible terminal experiences, first with the older ground staff at the self checkin entering the building from the parkinglot bridge. …
Brilliant lounge. Although it is far to walk. Zone B gates, it has been ideal for me because Avianca always departs from that area. Also EVA Air, which mean i can enjoy last minute at the lounge. Food is plenty , drinks bar staff. I paid …
Really is a combo platter of Castle, Royal home, museum of the crown jewels, prison, place of torture and beheadings. Many stories of historic consequence in one place. Easily one of top five places in London to visit. Underground nearby and can reach with River tour boats too. Give it a couple of hours.
What a terrible airline… all American Airlines are really horrible with their customer service and on-time delivery of anything, yet the culture in the US is to tip service staff, what a joke!
Good range of food. Clean shower rooms. Only flaw is the shower rooms get very hot and humid.
United has become the worst Airline to date. Unbelievable how non-challant the workers has become over the years. A flight attendant even tipped over a wine bottle that spilled on me and the men next to me and the other attendant and …
They finally converted the restrooms to mixed use since there was always a queue to use the mens. That was a big help. Food still much better than most Unitedclubs.
Plenty of showers and decent sized too, perfect for freshening up after a long flight.
Good lounge to get a quick shower if you are headed to work right after you land in London. Food options are limited and they have some baked goods and juices
A great flight into JFK friendly staff
The people who are supposed to assist with the self service check in didn’t have a clue on how the service works
The queing system was haphazard and only one person checking in all Ethopian …
Comfortable, decent food, nice showers, good staff
As a frequent United flyer and lounge go-er, this is the best one I’ve seen. A good selection for booze, and actual real (and good!) food.
Lounge doesn’t open until 5AM, but there are flights departing 6AM, so there is a plane full of people here early who would have appreciated some lounge time. Inconsiderate of United.
When we checked in, staff told us we can bring one guest into the lounges. However, the front lady said one more guest charge 59 euro.
Good service. Everything from fees to baggage is clear in advance. No surprises whatsoever. Profession service and the cheapest tickets I found from London to New York.
Bar none The finest Air Canada lounge I’ve visited. Delicious fresh salads, a full service bar and made to order paninis.
Great service, nice food choices and awesome to be able to take a shower after your flight and before a day in the city.
This lounge is phenomenal. Excellent staff, wonderful drinks and nice food selection. Can’t wait for the next visit!
This arrival lounge is no competition to the one on terminal 5 but it does the job. United arrival lounge is located conveniently as you exit immigration into the arriving Hall. This facility has showering services as well as decent …
Awful!! Awful service. Awful team of people. You need to change your policy re: nut eating!!! Staff have no empathy, are rude, unapologetic, unhelpful and downright incompetent!
Very gleeful staff, good showers and quiet.
Good food – mostly high end shopping. Was able to find some souvenirs in duty free, but mid to lower end shopping options are limited
Worst airline. Cancel flight. Won’t offer hotels. Won’t change flight. Never flying again
Red-eye flight into Heathrow. Ate, showered, rested there for a few hours, until the host showed up to take me to the hotel. A good place. (There is always a mystery why UNITED CLUB or UNITED Arrival Lounge is always better when it is outside of the U.S.)
Great way to relax before your flight.
unbelievable! United flight attendant Kathryn Clark- Boireau smuggles drugs in and out of Lounge. LHR airport to and from the U.S.,
crazy!
Staff very friendly. A neat lounge.
I used to love here. Good food, bar and seats… But today was a disaster, I saw many flies on foods!!!
The United Lounges in most international locations put the U.S. domestic lounges to shame. The domestic lounges are terrible and the international lounges are first class.
Good shower facilities and nice breakfast
Free booze and food pretty good. The only lounge to allow pay per visit regardless of your travelling airline.
Great lounge, including cocktail bar and showers
Perfect. Shower, shirt ironed, breakfast and coffe, ready to hit the day ahead.
Nice lounge. Have spent a lot of time here. More food than is typical of a lounge in the US.
Very nice showers! And overall a good lounge; food could be improved.
Nice Terminal, but takes forever to walk from security to actual gate. Give yourself lots of time to get to your gate.
Small but immaculate. You can order breakfast cooked to order.
United Airlines, Good service, enjoin fly, stewardess help all the time, excellent food.. Liked.
Not a fan. It’s ok for short hops to NYC but not long haul into the rest of the USA
Nice clean efficient terminal. Note that the better food places are in arrivals.
Showers, amazing breakfast bar, variety of chairs to relax in. This place is amazing.
A great lounge to relax between flights.
