hate everyone that works there. during covid one guy told me to stay home and shop inside because i wouldn’t wear a mask even though i had an exception pass visible, he was horrible and it an overall bad shop because everything there is overpriced when i saw the same stuff on shein or other stores for £30+ cheaper. did not get better

I love Urban Outfitters, such a quirky shop, as well as clothes you can find other little oddities. Nice decor and a clear commitment to equality. I am probably too old to get away with wearing their clothes but my niece loves to shop here.

The fitting rooms here are large. Great music in store. Love the style of clothes. There is often a range of different stock and the clothes are good quality. I’ve had my clothes from here for years and they haven’t stretched out or lost colour, like other high street stores tend to.

Poor range of clothing and most importantly so much dust on the floor and the stairs too. The dust doesn’t accumulate that much within a day for sure!

Went to urban outfitters on Friday with my daughter and was totally shocked at how dirty the shop was , really thick dust on floors and stairs, with the prices you charge you would at least expect a fairly clean shop and this was no way one day’s worth of dust and dirt
