Attended VCH 2weeks ago with damage to ankle and hand. Had a brilliant nurse Christopher Malcolm. As I’m currently on Oxygen Therapy he made sure I was comfortable. Care given by all team was exceptional. Thank you respect to you all.

I had fallen over. Within an hour and a half I had been seen by triage, sent to xray, sent back to a doctor and then bandaged up and had a cast put on and was on my way with a referral to a fracture clinic later in the week. I was expecting to be there for hours so to have all that done in 90 minutes or even less was amazing.

Extremely well laid out, seemed to have a very intuitive layout. Lovely staff.

Visited ENT today and couldn’t fault the service I received. My appointment with Helen Beer was at 2pm and I was seen straight away and back in my car at 2.25pm. Helen was very thorough and made me feel totally at ease. Fabulous service.

A very convenient and well run local hospital. It has a fair range of service department and provides a good range of services and treatments. It is far more convenient for the people of Wallasey to visit here for treatment than to have to attend the Arrow Park hospital.

The receptionist who worked on Tuesday the 23rd of February refused my partner entry to the doctors for a emergency appointment and then refused us when we asked to speak to someone else who was in charge

X Ray was in and out but Phlebotomy an hour and half wait so best booking a morning appointment instead .Very long wait for an answer on main phone line so I gave up in the end .

Been here 5 hours and had an x-ray an hour ago.. it’s near closing time and I’m tempted to walk out.. not happy what so ever. Wasted my afternoon sat on my arse twiddling my thumbs.

Excellent treatment for my ears ,treated me in a very nice manner very proffesional , diagnosed my problem and the treatment worked straight away . Highly recommended.

appointments are cancelled few hours before time.

went all the way up there today to get an x-ray done to be seen by a snotty, very unhelpful receptionist that they where shutting up early due to getting work done in the building so i would have to go back another day to get it done, im not happy at all.

Staff polite and pleasant didn’t have to wait long not busy and easy free parking

Very good dentists here, I’ve not used the walk in but by all accounts it’s of a very high standard also.

They were very friendly staff there and did what they treatment we received was 1st class

The elderly triage is extremely rude, old battle axe. No need especially when dealing with a child.

it took me 2 hours to get a cheek up on my knuckle MY KNUCKLE and a kid who was younger than me went in before me and i was there longer than him and i had two broken fingers as well

You have to make appointments for anything you need, you cannot just walk in anymore
