A top club with lovely staff and members too. The instructors are also brilliant, motivated and fun. Denver and Tatinina who are instructors are the best I have ever had, if it wasnt for them I would not go to the gym, they both deserve a medal Virgin !!

Poor hygiene standards in the changing room and small range of machines. Very difficult to cancel your membership and there never seems to be anyone at reception to answer the phone. Disappointed with my experience, expected much better from virgin active.

Good machines and all the stuff just too dark and grey. Windows make me feel like I’m in a prison with the wooden cross patterns. Recommend more lights, lighter colours and more views to outside.

Ok gym and classes. But the hot tub is always closed, steam room barely works, shower cubicles dirty all the time. Not worth the price you’re paying for when half of the facilities are rarely working. Canary warf & Marble Arch ones are great though

So dirty, every time i go here for a workout, the loos, bathrooms, showers, steam, sauna and especially the lockers are filthy. Surfaces are visibly dirty with hair, coffee, products and old rubbish. Other Virgin Active locations have a cleaning member of staff in the bathroom at all times, but not this one. Please address it.

I received a parking fine for not entering immediately, I entered on exit on the day. The Parking Company MET would not offer removal despite being a member and having entered into the system. Virgn Active were unable to support. The fine is £100.

Have been a member for years. It used to be the best gym in the area. Nowadays it’s a mess. Daniel Foster the GM of the gym is the most incompetent, waste of space, deceitful person I have ever come across. I have no idea why or how he was given the job, but he cannot run a gym nor be truthful. One of the biggest waste of money is joining this gym with Daniel in charge.

It is always good to come to friendly and high class gym. It is been renovated to become a higher class gym (so I’ve heard) and it is a bit messy at the moment but they are making an extra effort to make customers comfortable, which is nice.

Good gym, has a pool and extensive equipment. Classes are OK, but with the exception of the Thai boxing wouldn’t recommend the boxing classes. More boxercise than practical.

Just had a refit! Top of the range facilities with sauna steam and pool. Layed out on 4 floors, it’s one of the best in the country.

My wife (a member for 22 years) and I sadly felt we had no choice but to leave the club due to poor management, incompetent staff and below standard facilities
