Terrible company for ridiculous cancellation charges on my car insurance wanted to cancel my policy with 3 months left and was told I had to pay for 1 months charge and a 55 pounds cancellation fee total rip off company stay away at all costs still having problems cancelling my policy
I never made a claim with them, although I think the call centre person was approachable, the annual premium sounded fair and address/vehicle amendments could be done through the website at a discounted rate.
