A lovely department store, great helpful staff. Furniture had great deals on , a lovely ercol furniture display and other brands like Parker Knoll and G Plan. Coffee shop/restaurant is also excellent and good value.

Very good store and helpful, friendly staff. I had coffee and a huge scone in the cafe. It was very busy at the time but it’s such good value that it’s not surprising. They could do with a few more tables but I didn’t have to wait long for one to become free. Will definitely go there again.

We had been to Fakenham store but wanted to look at Norwich. It was just as good! Stopped off for a light lunch at their cafe and the food was delicious. Will definitely eat there again when we are in the area.

I have to say I only went upstairs in this shop and was pleasantly surprised they had some lovely bedding throws etc ,I still think their furniture is very old fashioned and just aimed at a certain age bracket .

Went in store for carpets after going to 2 other stores and this was by far the best. Lots of good advice from the staff there. Found what we wanted, they were very helpful in lending us samples and it has been fitted very well. Very happy with the overall result.

No problem at all with store staff (who were pleasant and helpful) or product but carpet laying sub contractors were surly, broke a light and scratched adjacent polished floor badly through careless furniture moving.

A great department store for furniture, bedding and kitchen ware

Lot of qualty items including my favourite Christy towels.
Furniture and bedding seem good quality but have not yet purchased any of these.

Sister and I had a great visit to Aldiss today. Sister manage to get her shopping and then we had excellent lunch in their Cafe. Will be coming back definitely.

Lots of sales of furniture, to fit all pockets, very helpful sales staff as well.

Furniture and Curtin section staff were super friendly and very helpful and understood our neads.

It’s OK but unable to find what we needed so left. Could have stopped for longer but the car park is time limited and run by some privateers so rather than risk a hefty charge decided to look elsewhere and forget staying to eat.

Aldiss is the McDonald’s for us silver haired people. Filter coffee, large Latte and two lovely hot sausage rolls for just £6-20.

Lady gives wrong advice about the products after looking into the product a lot more and speaking to different people and google research the sales women was giving out completely wrong information and put me and my husband off spending money in the store.

Went in for a pair of curtains, and came out with a very large dinning room table. Their sales people are good.

Shop itself, very impressed with staff, extremely helpful and friendly. A very different story in the cafe unfortunately. Staff obviously disgruntled and put out because I wanted to purchase a cup of tea for 94 year old mum (15:25 when they close at 15:30)

We purchased replacement denby crockery from this company. It was delivered quickly and safely well wrapped with all recyclable papers. The price was competitive too and we are very happy with our purchase. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others

Came for the cafe but it is very small considering the size of the store and no bigger tables to accommodate 7 of us. Much prefer the Fakenham store as you don’t feel crammed in

No pressure sales, lots of good advice from Monika. A pleasant and informative visit. Didn’t buy furniture on this visit but had a really long chat and made some decisions based upon the sound and very detailed answers. Will be back to make the purchase soon I’m sure!
