Terrible experience so far. Trying to self manage ISA switches to Wesleyan, dreadful experience, clunky customer services portal, slooooow responses, everything seems geared towards pushing you towards paid advisors. Even complaints take weeks to go nowhere. So bad I’m surprised they’ve stayed in business.

Avoid. Claim they understand the lives of doctors but they’ll incessantly call you on the middle of the day to wake you up after night shifts when they could easily just send an email
