Visited West Mendip hospital today (on a Saturday), in need of antibiotics. Waited less than an hour to see a very helpful nurse. Left with the drugs and advice I needed. An exemplary service from receptionist and nurse. …

Took my Wife to A & E yesterday where it was diagnosed she had a fracture to her right leg. I wish to thank all staff for their courtesy and professionalism, particularly a nurse named Alice who was most kind and considerate, in our opinion a credit to her profession.

Went in to have an infected sebaceous cyst examined. The staff I met were pleasant and competent. Was examined and then treated by having minor surgery. Wound was dressed and I was told to return the following day for a fresh dressing. Have no qualms about any further visits.

Great staff whenever I have been in. Always welcoming and comforting. They always try and deal with patients as soon as possible and create the least hassle. Always acting professional. They have a good sized parking area so there should be no need to park on the road.

I can’t praise the staff at the Minor Injury Unit highly enough! I was told they would be able to see me due to a skin infection and I was dealt with promptly and in a really caring manner. They are excellent.

Great staff professional nurses very good treatment

Had to take our son with an injured finger from being trapped in the door at school. Looked after him really well, in and out within no time. Brilliant to have on our doorstep

I had to have a dressing changed only to be kept waiting in a room by myself for over 40 minutes when I was told 10 minutes ,and the nurse that saw to me was grumpy and swore And complained the whole time she was attending to me and was brutal with my wound , wasn’t happy with my experience at all.

Despite their closing time being listed as 8.30pm, I arrived there at 7.40pm and was told they were closed.

The staff were really odd and unprofessional, they staff couldn’t even tell the difference between the lens of an eye and the optic nerve, the receptionist was given a phone message and got it wrong, the only saving grace was I didn’t need treatment

Fast professional treatment by helpful , knowledgable staff

Was seen almostly instantly upon ariving, Poditary team were so helpful and brilliant.

It was okay. They need to prioritize children over adults though

The occupational therapist and my physio therepiat are very very kind and understanding

Rude staff. Incompetent too. No point complaining because nothing is done.
