The A&E area is a little cramped, although additional seats are available on the ground floor. Takes about 1 hr to be seen by a nurse and another 2-3 hour to be seen by a doc. Overall experience could have been better if the water dispenser is working. Staff are helpful.

The welcome station making you wear a face mask and antibiotics made sure everyone is safe. They were very good at greeting everyone in. I was seen very quickly but with care. Wow, what an awesome service, great job NHS! I am so grateful to Western Eye Hospital . I was in a great deal of pain but was triaged and was seen by a doctor his name is Ahmad in under 15 minutes.
