Visited Oncology/Urology department yesterday pm. Everything ran like clockwork. Height weight blood test and blood pressure checked. Within minutes with the Consultant he had blood test forms and prescription all sorted and we both bid farewell at the dispensary. Fantastic.All sorted in 30 mins.

Looking at the comments below and the size of the problems!!! I feel shy to add that 2 nurses tired 3 times to put cannula in my wife’s hands and they failed ( taking in consideration my wife has phobia of cannula and she go off everytime she gets one) then pushed me to another time where the expert will come and do the job !!!

I was waiting to get a car park space 15 min therefore I was late 5 min for my blood test. Reception ladies were really rude and unapproachable, I had to rebook it. Patients car park is use for their staff ( they have a car park behind the building but still use the main one) so they block a space for a lot of hours.

I cannot praise the staff on reception, Resus and majors departments of A & E enough, The treatment was was fast and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. The amount of pressure and stress they work under did’t communicate itself to the patients. THANK YOU
