So grateful to everyone on duty today in UTC. I was looked after by such caring, professional practitioners who worked calmly and efficiently. I can’t say a big enough thankyou. I noticed other patients leaving with smiles on their faces too.

Arrived today with my son who had ear pain, thought he’d put a stone in his ear or had the start of an ear infection. The UTC is really modern. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse were so lovely. It was very quiet, so in and out in under 30 minutes. Even with all the pressure on NHS we still have a caring place.

Urgent care open from 8-8 a brilliant addition to the town.

Excellent and speedy service, with friendly staff. We were visiting the area on holiday and a family member forgot critical medical equipment. Rachel and the team were able to help and supply this quickly, which prevented a medical emergency. Thank you!

Awesome people at the hospital, super friendly and efficient. Went to get some stitches out as soon as I got there they were helpful and the ladies at the reception were efficient and friendly.
Couldn’t say enough great things about the staff.

Insect bites became badly infected and went to the walk in medical care centre. Quickly seen by a practice nurse (Elizabeth I think) who was very efficient and caring. Given a prescription for antibiotics and advice on how to proceed. Very impressed and reassured. A shining example for all medical centres

Visited the hospital radiography dept today. The staff were superb, Ms Sue Maxwell was so kind and professional. We are fortunate to have this hospital, and despite the fact that it was so busy with patients, the staff were wonderful.

Fastest, bestest experience of a hospital ever. You also get free parking if you go in and enter your reg!

Nurse Zia was so caring and calm.
