It’s ok don’t buy alot of things from

Large store so lots of stuff you might not normally find. Helpful staff and great vehicle access. Open late in the week so you can go after work. Plenty of other shops/restaurants around to really make a day of it if that’s your thing too.

Good large store, easy to move around when we went.

As with most stores very few checkouts so have to queue, selfscan operations there but don’t want to use them I like personal service

Always buy my toiletries here. Cheaper than any other shops.

Shelves were quite sparse and only one till open the serve yourself tills were very busy but no one jumped on tills

Large wilko but never fully stocked, always got empty shelves, always busy there hardware area small to say its a big store.

Large selection of items for reasonable prices. Not everything is the best quality but it all works for it’s use and they always have stock here

Can’t believe how empty the shelves were, they had apology notices everywhere. It must be soul destroying for the staff to see the state of the store. I don’t understand why there were so many shortages. I popped into a similar retailer and their shelves were full

Very empty shelves, wasn’t the best. Maybe remove some shelving and stock up others to make it look less like a clearance warehouse. No drinks at all in the fridge. It looks as if they are closing down. Poor management of store I’d suggest.

Staff are absolutely exhausted by the heat, and no air conditioning. It was an absolute chore shopping there. I wonder with the heat how they are so polite and helpful. According to staff the air conditioning hasn’t been working for weeks, so I’m afraid I won’t be shopping there.

Store good for bargains and easy to find along with being very clean. although I Found a couple of the older female staff members miserable and no service with a smile. I understand retail can be a pain at times but I felt like they didn’t want to be there

Layout of shop seem wrong tills should be near the door rather than towards side middle of shop. Clean and tidy.

Retford store very helpful staff excellent service

Clean and spacious shopping area, unfortunately on this occasion they were out of stock on the item I wanted, but still managed to fill my basket. Polite and knowledgeable staff, always looking to help. As expected a great shopping experience.

Wonderful store, at reasonable prices. They seem to have better offers then most home stored shops. Its also a good place to shop if you going to Uni or if you moving out for the first time. When I moved out for the first time, bought alot of stuff here as it was cheaper than most other shops. Staff are great, never had any issues here.

The staff in the giltbrook store can reduce stuff for them self and put them under counter but not reduced for a paying customer think the 2 people involved in it today want sacking and I will be putting a complaint in to head office

I was wavering between 3 & 4. I’ve given 3 because, I went for budgie seed. But they were out. This is the second time this month, they were out. Thankfully they’re are great shop. So it wasn’t a wasted trip. I managed to get food for the wild birds. Their selection was great. The wild birds are spoilt for choice.

Usual Wilko store, not the largest but had what we needed. Close to a large IKEA on a retail park so handy for popping in.

Good shop. But not great if you are in a wheelchair. You can get down the aisles, but the main walkway is overstocked with stands and baskets. That its hard to get around

Love Wilkos but this isn’t the best store I’ve seen for sure. Better than other local ones however and still worth a look. I got £16 wallpaper for £1.60 a roll.

I have had the worst experience. rude staff, poor customer journey, didn’t want to listen or take any accountability. poor store! Avoid…use the one opposite Sainsbury’s in Kimberly 5 mins away.

Bit crowded, didn’t find what I wanted. Needed a drink too, fridge filled with Coca Cola & Pepsi, mixed berry drinks…couldn’t have any because of allergies

Staff are lovely in this wilko which is situated on an out of town retail park. Massive car park and on a decent bus route with stops inside and outside the park
