They discontinued the 365 subscription. They did send one or two emails but they didn’t look very authentic and were assumed to be spam. For a customer who spends a considerable sum annually then I would have at least expected a phone call to warn me that our emails were about to stop.
Zen Internet is simply the worst ISP I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing.
Read their ToS in detail to understand their modus operandi spoiler it’s not good.
Fantastic! Faultless set-up, one failure of the line in 2.5 years and was fixed quickly with regular informative updates being provided. Price has not increased despite many price rises elsewhere – Well done Zen!

Customer for over a year. They are overpriced, have slow speed (worked for a month to try and improve), Bad Customer Service (tried cancelling and was met with very irritable staff), Dated Customer Portal (hard to navigate and slow just like their internet speeds). Very dissapointing.

Stay clear of this rip off company.. They ceased one of my broadband (the wrong one) and then charged me early termination fees. Lied over and over again and withheld the call recording.. Do not trust these clowns
