Same here.40 minutes and 27minutes NO answer.switched back in September. Still no Tesco voucher!!! I emailed and got same response as lots of other people but no answers!!!

How much is the keypad tarriff?

If you contact customer service, they can send a request off to NIE for you. An NIE engineer will call out to repair your keypad if it's faulty.
Can you let me no if your meter is buzzing through the week after 6pm do you have till morning to top up before you get cut of.

Is there an app to top up when from northern Ireland??the reviews of the app from the app store say you can't use it when from northern Ireland

Electricity prices are generally going up in Oct 2022. What % is Electric Ireland going up to and what then will be the standard unit rate ,inc VAT.?
Electric Irelend's rates are increasing by 29% from October 1st. Standard unit rate is changing from 29.64p per unit including VAT to 38.23p including VAT
You s told me when I joined you s I would get 60 pound Tesco vouchers I'm still waiting on them can't get through on the phone could you let me know when I will be getting them please ?
Hi Jacqueline, it can take up to 6 weeks before you receive your Tesco voucher. If you PM us through any of our social channels your name and address we can certainly look into when you would be due to receive it. Thanks.
My electric has run try to top it but they only give me 18 digits insit of 19 who can i top up when there closed
You can still call the customer service number. There is an automated option that will call out the last number generated for your property. Top up numbers are 20 digits, and are called out in 4 groups of 5 numbers.

How much does a unit of electric cost?
Standard and keypad domestic is 18.34 including VAT and they have no standing charge like a lot of the others. Economy 7 has a different tariff rate

Hi Gisele the 0345 is a lo call business number and should cost the same local rate I copied the below from Google:hope this helps
0345 number call costs. A call to an0345 number costs the same as a call to a normal home or business landline. All numbers that start with 03 are charged at the same rate as standard landline numbers that start with '01' or '02'.
