The adviser was very professional and the advice they gave was fine, but their administration was very poor and there were lengthy delays throughout the process. I suspect they are victims of their own success and do not the administration team to support the volume of enquiries.

I have had mixed experiences with the advice they have given to the clients I have introduced to them. Most have been good, including the clients they advised to remain in their current Pension Scheme, but one has been a nightmare with process failings by Grove.

Took 5 months to carry out the initial review. Had to contact them several times to get updates only to be told things are ‘slow’. After 5 months they were ready to enter ‘full advice’. Another 6-8 weeks. …
