Today I dealt with Jerrome Driscoll who spoke to me like a human, very helpful, he was kind and understanding and gave me my faith back in the company. I used to get Tina who was always so horrible to deal with, so rude and nasty to me. I got myself into a mess, it was a genuine mistake and it’s not ok to treat people like that.
