So far, so good. I read customer service reviews for a few companies before signing up to Affect which had been recommended by my son in law. I had a couple of questions and rang them. The phone was answered immediately by a person, not a machine telling me to press this, that and the other. I should be all transferred by 17 days.
What a simple and efficient service. Always really quick to reply if you contact them. Great prices, just renewed with them for a second year. You do need to submit your own meter readings, but that is great if you don’t overly like being forced into having a smart meter.

Incredibly easy to switch. I was expecting a long winded drawn out process like when I moved house with my old supplier but was straight forward and extremely quick. On top of that the prices were better than I found on most comparison sites which was a welcome bonus. Highly recommended.

Actually I had visited the Riverside Business Centre last week. Although this centre is not a new built, the environment is so good as there is an open space facing River Adur. It is a good place to visit especially when you would like to have a leisure walk and enjoy the nice view !!

2 years with Affect now. No problems at all. I have phoned them twice, calls answered almost immediately, answered politely and the correct action taken by the agent. I cant ask for more! Well, perhaps free energy??

A good service so far. Monthly meter reading can be a bit of a pain but it also helps to keep a track of your usage and stops build up of debt or credit
Do not trust them they advert a tariff but they charge you a different one!!! On money supermarket they offer on my post code: day unit 15.178p and night unit 5.796. before to swoop I have called and they said that I will pay day unit 16.59 and night 8.47!!!! It’s cheaper EDF!!!!

Easy to switch, only took five minutes, clear website and when I looked at lots of companies’ prices, for me they were the cheapest.
